“…the Lord gave the word; Great was the company of those who proclaimed it….” Psalms 68:11 (NKJV

As the rapture draws closer, one of the most important messages that should be doing the rounds now is the message of the Gospel, and the reason is that it is the need of the moment. When you take a good look at the world today, you will agree that things are changing very fast. The issues going on in the world today has left many scared, hopeless, and frustrated. The Gospel is the only message in the world right now that can actually bring hope, faith, and love. Remember, it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes (Romans 1:16). So, as believers, we have a responsibility to spread the Gospel in whatever content we can. Take advantage of the social media age and distribute content online to bring people salvation and restore their relationship with God. You may not think this works but trust me, it works.

I remember hearing the testimony of a young man who was into drugs for some years, but while that happened, he got into an issue with the cops and some gangs, but he managed to escape. Now, when he got home that day, he was so fed up with the kind of life he was living, so he decided to go and end his life in a train station. On his way there, an elderly man met him on the road, handed him a tract, and walked away. So, he decided to go through the tract, and as he did, he began to cry profusely because, all his life, he had never been loved by anyone, but the tract was letting him know that God loves him so much. So, he went back home and reconciled with God and was delivered completely from the life drugs. Why? Because a faithful laborer was out on the street, distributing the Gospel. Interestingly, he didn’t say a word to the young man, but he still impacted his life through the tracts that were given to him. Beloved, it is our responsibility to sow these seeds of the Gospel into the lives of many out there because through these seeds, many will receive Jesus into their lives and be saved for eternity. Halleluiah! The question is, will you take the pains to do something about the spread of the Gospel? Will you choose to spend your time making sure the Gospel gets to someone anyhow? Well, you should because when you do, Heaven gains a soul, and you continue to shine like the stars in all that you do (Daniel 12:3)

When we sow the seeds of the Gospel, we reap a bountiful harvest of souls into the kingdom!

Father, I thank you for making me a soul winner. I choose this day to spend my time, resources, and efforts spreading the Gospel, and as the Gospel gets out there, many are turning to righteousness and receiving salvation in Jesus’ name. Amen!
