“…the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry…” Psalm 34:15 (NKJV)

Have you ever been in a situation where you somehow started thinking, is God still with me? Is God still on my side? Well, I have news for you, the devil at all times would want you to think that God has forsaken you because of the challenges that you are facing. But the truth is that no matter what you face, God is still with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), as a matter of fact, the Bible says in our opening text that “…the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry…” Psalm 34:15 (NKJV). Did you see that? The eyes of God are on you because you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and His ears are opened to hear your request. Therefore, refuse to think otherwise. No matter what the devil tries to make you feel, rebuke his voice and hold on to God’s word. Settle it in your heart and know that the eyes of God are on you and He will not allow evil to prevail over you. And when you pray be confident in making your request known to Him, because His ears are opened to hear you. I know it might sound too good to be true but that’s truth, that’s what the Bible says.

So I encourage you today to stay conscious of this truth at all times, refuse to walk in fear thinking God is far from you. He is closer to you than you think. In fact His ears are on your lips right now to hear what you have to say, so take advantage of this and keep making your request known to Him. Do not draw back or give up, keep holding on. In Isaiah 62:6C- 7, the bible says, “…you who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent. And give Him no rest till He establishes…” Meaning do not give up on calling on Him and in due time, your needs shall be met. So be bold and be very courageous. Halleluiah!
