“…let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need…” Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV)

A lot of times when we find ourselves in some messy situations, we think that what we need is a man to come and help us. But in the real sense what we need is not a man but God’s grace. In my walk with God so far and in studies of the word of God, I discovered that whatever we go through in life, is always as a result of shortage of God’s grace in that area. But because we do not understand this, we keep running from pillar to post seeking help from external sources who are not always willing to help, either because they don’t know what to do or because they are just not willing to help. However, it is important we understand that grace is all we need to come out of whatever challenge that we find ourselves. If you have done all you know to do, and you are still experiencing that problem, it’s because grace has not fully manifested. So what do you do, hold on and approach God’s throne of grace with boldness and obtain mercy and find grace to use in that issue. Beloved, this is where patience comes into play because in some cases, the grace required might not be immediately released but it will surely be released if you will hold on and wait on the Lord. But sadly most people are not always patient to wait for the power of God to manifest. They are always in a hurry and this makes it looks as though God is far from them, but in the real sense God is near but they are not patient to allow grace take its full course.
So I admonish you today, to hold fast your faith and never give up. Approach the throne of grace and tarry there until mercy is obtained and grace is released. When grace is released, you will know because everything will automatically loosen up and the joy of your salvation will be restored to you. So wait on the Lord and know that He is God. Remember, the bible records that “…they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint…” Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV). Therefore, if you wait upon the Lord, your case shall not be different. Praise God!

Wait on the Lord and grace will manifest soonest!

Thank you heavenly father for the open invitation to approach your throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to use. I declare this day that I obtain mercy in this present situation and I find grace to prevail in the name of Jesus. Amen!
